How we handle enquiry information
This policy explains how WONDERMERCH TRADE LLP handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
The trade enquiry form collects your first name, last name, business email, product interest, message and an optional phone number. Security services may also process technical request information such as an IP address and browser details to protect the form from misuse.
How we use it
We use the information to review and respond to your request, clarify product and commercial requirements, maintain the related business conversation, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or confirm product availability.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies
This website uses the following technologies:
- Strictly necessary: Cloudflare Turnstile protects the enquiry form from automated abuse, and a
cc_cookiecookie remembers your cookie choice for about six months. - Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC) sets
_gacookies to measure page views and how visitors use the site. The HubSpot tracking code (HubSpot, Inc.) sets cookies such as__hstc,__hsscandhubspotutkto understand which pages are visited and, if you send an enquiry, to associate those visits with your enquiry in our CRM. - Advertising measurement: Google may set
_gclcookies to verify whether an enquiry followed a click on one of our Google ads. We do not use them to show personalised advertising on this site.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google receives only cookieless signals that cannot identify you. Visitors from other regions receive analytics and advertising cookies by default and can switch them off. Wherever you are, you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings or opt out of personalised Google advertising via Google Ads Settings.
Service providers and international processing
Enquiries are stored temporarily on Cloudflare infrastructure and synchronized to HubSpot, our customer-relationship management provider. Advertising and analytics measurement may be processed via Google services. Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting protect the form against automated misuse. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable data-protection terms.
Retention
Successfully synchronized enquiries are removed from Cloudflare D1 after 30 days. Records that cannot be synchronized are retained for up to 90 days for recovery and troubleshooting. The HubSpot copy and related business correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Sharing and security
We do not sell enquiry information. We share it only with service providers supporting the enquiry, parties needed to fulfil a later transaction, or authorities when required by law. Access is limited to people and systems that need the information for those purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, subject to applicable law and record-keeping requirements. The enquiry form is not used to obtain consent for unrelated marketing.
